On this day, 69 years ago, my parents were married.
My mom was just 19 when she entered the above information in her wedding album.
They were so young, in love, and had such a future ahead of them.
Mom and Dad had a complex marriage, but in the end...family was what mattered.
And for that, all five of their children are forever grateful.
