After a rather quick discussion, the Hittyville Friends are in complete agreement that an intelligence agency would benefit all of their agencies.
They are eager to meet the Director of the HIA.
Governor Hitty introduces Captain Harlan Hubbard to the group of Friends.
The Captain is well known in Hittyville. He is a world famous artist as well as the Captain of the S.S. Hittyville Queen.
But very few Friends know that Harlan Hubbard was once an undercover agent with the government and has served as a valuable consultant for many years. He loves Hittyville and thinks this amazing Think Tank will make their Five Boroughs even safer.
The assembled group unanimously and heartily approves of the Captain's appointment.
Captain Hubbard is humbled by all the support and would like to speak with Director Vance and Sheriff Andy about a case which has just come to his attention.

Captain Hubbard has arranged for the three of them to meet at Santa's North Pole Homestead first thing in the morning.
He will brief Director Vance and Sheriff Andy at that time.
