As most of you know, Lewis loves all things YELLOW.
So when the rains come, Lewis can't wait to put on his YELLOW raincoat and YELLOW rain hat and spend time visiting with the YELLOW ducks who always find their way to the Little Puddle after a rainfall.
Lewis believes "the wetter the better"...
