Abe's Very Busy Day

Noah, Amy, and Abe came down to the farm for lunch...I actually made sloppy joes...and a visit to the  Ashland Balloonfest.
I was so happy Abe loved the sandbox we got for him...and me.  It will make a great Hittyville set!

Abe found all the animal treasures I buried in the sand and spent an hour playing with them.
I love his imagination.

 This bubble machine was amazing!

 A boy and his bubbles...

How I love seeing the world through Abe's eyes!

 Golf time with Grandpa Joe.

 Interesting techniques...

At the Balloonfest...
Abe went on his first "pony ride".
He chose the black and white horse and was a bit unsure at first...

He was in love after the first time around the circle!

Abe was intrigued with the yellow helicopter, but not the noise.

Amy convinced Abe the noise had ended and he finally agreed to take a closer look.

Amy is such a loving and patient mom!

The fire engine was a big hit with Abe.

Boys and girls of ALL ages are enamored with fire engines.

 Abe took it all in.

And then...
It was time for our "city" family to return home and Abe had his very own RED balloon as a souvenir of this fantastic day!

~Love~
