Tommy has asked Lewis to meet him at his favorite spaceship landing spot under the Evergreens.
The last time Tommy made such a request, he presented Lewis with his very own monkey friend, Buddy.
And it was important that Lewis bring along his little red wagon.
Lewis is filled with anticipation!
After a spectacular landing, Lewis and Buddy greeted Tommy and his monkey friend, Gombe..and Nova, Tommy's AMAZING robot!
Lewis' greatest wish is to someday have his very own robot.
Nova has a very important announcement to make.
Introducing Robby...Lewis' very own robot!
Tommy explains Robby has been programmed to be Lewis' friend and he must promise to take care of his little robot as though he were "real".
Lewis triple swears he will be the best friend a robot could ever dream of having!
Lewis thanks Tommy with all of his heart.
On the way home...
Lewis and company come upon a rocket ship!
Lewis is convinced this rocket ship was made just for him...and Buddy and Robby.
And he will do as the sticker says.
Later the next day...
Lewis spent the whole night painting his rocket ship YELLOW.
The trio of friends couldn't be happier.
Lewis, Robby, and Buddy took some time to IMAGINE traveling in space.
