Welcome to our second annual Santa/Christmas Tree Family Gathering at Petitti's Garden Center in Avon, Ohio.
Abe wanted this tree...
No...maybe this tree!
Noah, Amy, and Abe finally decided on THIS tree!
Abe forgot how much work it was to pick out just the right Christmas Tree!
Brooke chose our tree this year. She did a great job!
I loved all the fairy gardens...
One of each, please!
Abe was quite enamoured with this particular dinosaur.
Abe wondered what the switch did...
The switch turned the Christmas Tree lights on and off.
Abe loved it!
Abe had a conversation with the Talking Tree.
A new friendship was formed.
Cassi and Keith arrived in time for Santa's Visiting Hours.
A very merry group!
Even Santa was enchanted with our precious Abe...
Abe wanted to visit the Talking Tree one more time.
Keith found another Santa to visit...
Keith, Brianna, and Dion were in the Christmas spirit.
Pat, Anna, Mike, Rupa, and Priya were with us as well!
Goodbye for now, dear Santa Claus!
The sister trees were all tied down and ready for the road.
At Don Ramon's...
My son's family!
Love them so much!
We all toasted our family members who were unable to join us...
Cassi thought it might be fun to celebrate Scott and Brooke's relationship.
Somehow, the servers thought we were celebrating Scott's birthday and proceeded to serenade him.
Kate and Brooke thought it was very funny! Scott...not so sure.
Scott is learning what it means to be part of the Elliott Family...
You must have a huge sense of humor.
Scott really was a good sport!
And then...
Joe, Brooke, Scott, and I spent a bit of time shopping at Crocker Park in Westlake.
Back home...
Enter...THE tree!
The next day...
Time to decorate!
Joe put on our new BIG lights...just like the ones we had back in our childhood years.
While I decorated the tree, Joe worked on the outside greenery.
Thank you, Joe!
Later...
Brooke put our new star on top of the tree.
Brooke has always had this most important job.
Our magnificent Christmas Tree!
And....
Noah sent along a picture of his family's wonderful tree.
The ribbon sets it off beautifully!
~It truly was the best of holiday weekends~
