I have been experimenting with finding just the right recipe for my morning Smoothie drink. I must admit, I am not a health food nut...but know I need to eat/drink a bit more intentionally.
So...I think I have it down.
1/2 banana
A small handful of unsweetened frozen berries
2% milk
And...a pinch of sugar!
It's that sugar which made it all come together.
At least it's a start...
